T1.1 - By your using this website you agree to be legally bound Terms & Conditions and our Policies.

T2 - Linking

T2.1 - You may not put a link to this website without permission in writing.

T3 - Images & Content On This Website

T3.1 - You may not download or copy any images, video, text from this website or from any sub domain of this website.

T3.2 - You may not hotlink (linking to an element on someone else's server) any image or video on this website. This could result in copyright violation and could leave you open to litigation.

T4 - General & Payment

T4.1 Web Weaver CMS reserves the right to change product specifications and/or prices without prior notification at any time.

T4.3 Our services may not be used by persons below the age of eighteen.

T4.4 The use of Web Weaver CMS and published web pages must comply with applicable law.

T4.5 It is your responsibility to ensure any content you use to edit your web pages conforms with your local laws and international laws.

T5 - Pornographic & Paedophile Images & Videos

T5.1 We have a zero tolerance policy with anyone linking to images or videos of a pornographic or paedophile nature or uploading such content using our CMS for use on websites hosted by us.

T5.2 In such circumstances we will inform the appropriate law enforcement agencies.

T5.3 In such an event your account will be permanently closed with out any refunds.

T5.4 - All payments due must be received prior to the publication of your web page(s). Payments are by debit/credit cards or online transfers. Please note we do not accept cash or cheques as payments.

T5.5 - A payment of 50% of the total invoice value as a deposit is required before we commence work or purchase any product such as a domain name for your website.

T5.6 - If you are unable to pay a bill please contact us immediately and explain the situation. By doing this we may be able to help you. If you do not inform us we will not be able to help you and your account may be closed and we will need to take action to recover any outstanding payments.

T6 - Copyrighted Material

T6.1 Copyrighted Material of any kind is not allowed on web pages unless you have written permission from the Copyright Holder.

T6.2 Should we receive a complaint relating to copyrighted material any such material will be removed unless we have proof that a satisfactory conclusion has been reached by all parties concerned.

T6.3 Attempts to republish copyrighted content without proof that a satisfactory conclusion has been reached by all parties concerned will result in your account being permanently closed without refund.

T6.4 Please note that the copyright holder of photographs is usually the photographer even if he or she has sold the images on - unless a legally binding agreement between the relevant parties has been put in place. The same would normally apply to videos. If in doubt we suggest you ask the copyright holder to use his or her material.

T6.5 Many of our clients ask us about Google Images and assume they are free. Assume they are the property of the copyright holder.

T7 - Working Hours

T7.1 Our opening hours for support are U.K. Time Zone:

  • 09:00 to 17:00 Monday to Friday
  • Closed Saturdays, Sundays & Public Holidays

T8 - Cookie Plugins - The EU Cookie Law & Policies Pages

T8.1 All Web Weaver CMS Web Pages will have a Cookie Plugin installed for E.U. websites.

T9 - Your Contact Information

T9.1 We will need your:

  • Name
  • Address
  • Telephone number (landlines only)
  • A valid email address - if at any time this changes you must inform us.

T9.2 Login for our online services may not work without a valid email address.

T9.3 Privacy information about your contact details can be found in Section P1.2 on our Policies page.

T10 - Users for the Web Page Editor (CMS)

T10.1 The number of users allowed is a maximum of 2 per account.

T10.2 - The CMS may not be used for storage of any document that does not directly relate to your published website content. Such usage will lead to a suspension of your services with no refund for any prepaid services.

T10.3 - The CMS may not be used for storage of any illegal documents including those of a pornographic nature. Any such cases will be reported to the appropriate law enforcement agencies.

T11 - Maintenance Of Servers

T11.1 To guarantee optimal performance of the servers, it is necessary for routine maintenance to be performed. Such maintenance may require taking servers off-line, typically performed during off-peak hours.

T11.2 Please note situations may occur that require suspension of some of the Services for short scheduled periods to carry out maintenance and / or repair to the Services. Such situations are rare and dealt with the minimum of disruption to the Services.

T12 - Renewal of Services

T12.1 - Renewals for Hosting and Domain Name Registrations are charged annually.

T12.2 - We will notify you by email or by telephone prior to your services renewal date. You will be asked you confirm by email that you wish to carry on with the services and keep any domain name(s) associated with your website. Payment must be made a minimum of 40 days prior to the date of expiry.

T13 - Cancellation of Services

T13.1 - If you wish to cancel your website subscription and/or email services please notify us at least 6 weeks prior to the subscription expiry date by using the form on the contact page of our website. All outstanding accounts must be settled before any transfers can begin.

T13.2 - If you wish to cancel your website and/or email services while your subscription is still active we require a minimum of one calendar months notice as we will have to remove certain elements from the pages as they are licensed to Prestige Online Sales and are not transferable. See 'T14 - Licensed Software' below. All outstanding accounts must be settled before the transfer process can begin.

T13.3 - If we have reason to cancel your website and/or email services while your subscription is still active the website and website domain will be released 30 days after the decision has been made. This is because we will have to remove certain elements from the pages as they are licensed to Prestige Online Sales and are not transferable. See 'T14 - Licensed Software' below. All outstanding accounts must to be settled before the transfer process can begin. We reserve the right to give no reason for cancelling services.

T13.4 - Please note: We do not give refunds in arrears for services already provided.

T13.5 - Please note: that all of our domain names and hosting are on a bulk user account so if you wish to cancel your services with Prestige Online Sales and keep your domain name you will have to have it hosted elsewhere. We do not charge for domain name transfers to other hosting providers however all outstanding accounts must be settled first.

T14 - Licensed Software

T14.1 - Certain software used to make parts of your web page(s) may have licenses owned by us that have ownership conditions and may not be transferable if you move your domain name and hosting account to another provider unless you have an invoice from us as proof of purchase that we have sold the license(s) to you. Usually clients prefer not purchase such licenses separately in order to keep costs down. An example would be the website forms which are licensed to us and are not transferable without the purchase of a separate license. If you want a list of such licensed software that will be used to create your website or if you have any questions about this matter please ask before you place your order so the situation is clarified.

T15 - Updates To This Page

T15.1 This Terms & Conditions page may be updated from time to time. We do not issue notifications of updates to this page. Please check back periodically for any updates.

T16 - Use Of This Product

T16.1 Web Weaver CMS products are only available for websites built and supplied by Web Weaver CMS.

T17.1 In no event shall Web Weaver CMS be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of data or profit, arising out of or in connection with the use or performance of the information on this site, even if Web Weaver CMS or a Web Weaver CMS authorized representative shall have been advised of the possibility of such, and whether based in an action in contract, or any other theory of liability.


Web Weaver CMS is based in the United Kingdom.

Any disputes will be settled under U.K. jurisdiction.
